Strategic partnership with Winterthur Gas & Diesel Ltd. (WinGD) offers efficient and quality training on two-stroke diesel and dual-fuel engines.
The new agreement appoints GigaMare as WinGD’s respective training supplier for two-stroke engines in the Philippines. “The partnership ensures that WinGD engine training programs can be accessed where it is most convenient to the end users of our engines, reducing or even eliminating the costs and hassle of travel” says Rudolf Holtbecker, Operations Director for WinGD.

Under the course specification, training partners will explain the theory and functionality of the dual-fuel X-DF, Generation X and RT-flex engines as well as facilitate simulation scenarios using WinGD’s W-Xpert Virtual Engine Room Simulator software and Full Mission Simulator hardware. Instructors train as well, as they participate in “Train-the-Trainer” program to further improve and ensure teaching competence.
