We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our growing team. As a Company Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our employees and the students. Responsibilities include providing medical assistance, administering first aid, conducting health assessments, and promoting wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with Medical Consultant: Collaborate with medical consultants to ensure comprehensive healthcare support.
Ensure OHS Compliance: Maintain workplace safety by ensuring compliance with government-mandated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Injury and Illness Management: Document, evaluate, and provide necessary treatment for all workplace injuries and illnesses within your scope of practice.
Promote Health Programs: Support and promote the implementation of company-mandated health programs as required by law.
Health Record Management: Maintain accurate health records for all employees and facilitate effective communication with management regarding healthcare and safety matters.
Administrative Support: Assist with any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with an updated PRC License.
- Preferably certified in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training for Nurses, Basic Life Support, and First Aid.
- Possess a warm and caring demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
